Ok sorry about the confusion! I went to control panel programs features
clicked on IYP and the only option I could choose was to remove the
application restore to previous state was graded out!

Hi,

I am speaking about the Windows Control Panel.

Click on Start

Select Control Panel

View by Category

Under Programs select UnInstall a Program

In the Pop Up window, scroll down and select It's Your Plane

In the subsequent Pop-Up, see if there is an option to:

Restore the application to its previous state

Please advise.

Robert

Hi,

Did you roll back to a previous version?

Please advise.

Glad I am not the only one who has had issues with IYP since the last update
hence the IYP Tours and IYP VA flights. I used to have the same issue with
IYP where she would quit talking altogether. Wish I knew how I fixed it
because it really seemed to fix itself in my case.

Also let me make mention that I did not have this problem until I upgraded
to the latest version of IYP on last Saturday! Not sure if that helps or
makes a difference!

Hello Adam,

First, ensure that you are in the online mode.

Then, in the root folder of your simulator, you will find these 3 files:

ItsYourPlaneSTT.xml

ItsYourPlaneSTTtemp.xml

ItsYourPlaneTTS.xml

Please delete a 3 files. Then, re-start IYP.

If this does not resolve the problem, we'll go to the next step.

Regards,

Robert

Hi,
What tts engine are you using? If you go into the tts properties in control
panel, does the test work? Have you tried other voices?
