Today, Tuesday is shaping up to be a top hawk migration day. In the past 45
minutes I have had over 100 broadwing hawks pass over my location here in
Stonewall. They are quite high, and moving north or northeast at a rapid
speed, almost too fast to count accurately. At this height it is also
difficult to pick out any Swainson Hawks that might be with them, it is all I
can do to pick out the vultures which are also moving on the strong south
winds.
