[brailleblaster] Embossing from the command line

Keith,
Embossing with the emboss subcommand does work with the latest build of BB.
I am sending it to a text-only embosser set up as a Generic / Text Only
printer. However, the Braille output didn't look like the Braille output
when using either the NIMAS.cfg or preferences.cfg files. I don't know what
settings it was using.
