Rob -
This is my point. When I lock the unit with Lock Beep set to on, I _still_
only hear the double beep. In other words, there is absolutely no difference
between what happens when a button is pressed with the unit locked
regardless of how I have the setting configured.

The double beep cannot be disable. The lock beep concerns beeps heard
when pressing keys when the unit is locked.
