Hi Shannon and list!

You need to be using the book port's Braille keyboard, so you turn the unit 90 degrees clockwise. Now, enter is the far right key in the middle row. This is also the 2 key.

Cheers,
Dave

Not to sound stupid, but where on the book port is there an enter key?

actually, you can press 8+9 to search forwards with the current text and 7+8 to search backwards, but enter from the find prompt.

     Hi:
I was wondering, how do you use the find command. I know to hit the 7 plus 8 plus and inter the text I want to find, but after I get out of braille keyboard how do you get the bookport to find the text? I hope I am clear in what I am wanting to do. I know there are 2 ways to find text, so maybe some one should give me step by step instructions. I have looked in the manual, but for some reason, I don't seem to be able to do it when I try to use it. I think, what I need is the info on the computer so I can follow them as I go. After I do it a few times, I think I will be able to do it from memory. I am the kind of person that has to do it a few times and usually I can remember how to do it then. Thanks in advance for those that will try to help me out.
