actually, you can press 8+9 to search forwards with the current text and 7+8
to search backwards, but enter from the find prompt.

      Hi:
I was wondering, how do you use the find command. I know to hit the 7
plus 8 plus and inter the text I want to find, but after I get out of braille
keyboard how do you get the bookport to find the text? I hope I am clear in
what I am wanting to do. I know there are 2 ways to find text, so maybe some
one should give me step by step instructions. I have looked in the manual, but
for some reason, I don't seem to be able to do it when I try to use it. I
think, what I need is the info on the computer so I can follow them as I go.
After I do it a few times, I think I will be able to do it from memory. I am
the kind of person that has to do it a few times and usually I can remember how
to do it then. Thanks in advance for those that will try to help me out.
