If pressing #+0 does not get you out, you may wish to upgrade the Book =
Port firmware. There was a problem at one time that made Book Port =
unhappy on an empty folder.
To upgrade, press Alt+O, select the advanced tab, then Check for Firmware =
Updates.

I've had the same problem. You can do a reset ( 2B ) and that will get =
you
out of the memo folder.
