You didn't indicate whether the second card was empty or not, but if not, 
perhaps you have too many files in the root directory of the card. I assume 
you're using the transfer program and not doing a direct copy by way of a 
card reader.

Does anyone know what this is about? FFaph: FFmp3: error writing application 
file. It is an audible.com file that I redownloaded after the first time 
trying to copy, did the same thing again. All others before that file copied 
ok. I even tried reformating the card. Could there be a problem with that 
card? maybe my next try another card. Just wondered if anyone else had 
encountered that one. Thanks.  Rob
