1. Not really. You can't search on titles which, now that it's come up,
would be a nice enhancement if it's technically practical.

2. That's the same way the file system works on your PC. New files are stuck
in wherever they'll fit, so if you have books 1, 2, and 3; read and delete
book 2; and add a new book 4, the chances are pretty good that it'll be
placed into the space formerly assigned to book 3. I _think_ that running a
defrag program against the card will resolve this problem, but you'd have to
do it every time you deleted something and I believe I've seen comments here
from the folks at APH indicating that defragging a CF card may not be good
for the card, but that was a long time back and I may be mistaken on that
point.

Subject: [bookport] Two questions.

I have two questions: First, while using bookport, is there a way to find a
named audio file without hitting the pound key over and over again until you
get to the file you want? Second question, when transfering audio files to
the bookport, sometimes the transfered file is placed in the middle of some
already transfered files. This happens even when I place the cursor at the
end of the list. Is there any way of preventing that? Thanks guys!
