[bookport] Re: bookport transfer problems?

i think problem was the card itself in the end. after i reformted the card
the transfer worked okay.i need to reinstall it on my laptop as well. as
that one had the same issue. i could que the files. but it would not let mer
send.iam noi am not sure if the baytteries being loe had any bearing on the
original problem.i am just glad its working again. i would be lost without
it,

We have never seen this error before and find it very odd, sinc the Book
Port transfer doesn't save anything, this makes no sense whatsoever.
Basically, the programmer and myself are clueless.  Perhaps you have other
problems with that computer that only show their ugly head when running Book
Port?  Otherwise, all I can suggest is that you reinstall the latest Book
Port Transfer from:

 

www.aph.org/tech/bp_setup.exe

The transfer software will let me que files.but when I go to send it to bp
it tells me its not contacted.when I tried to click on the bp icon it said
failed to save information.

I havetried to reinstall the last version.

And I just put new battries in the bookport as well.

But now iam stuckany help would be appricated
