We have never seen this error before and find it very odd, sinc the Book Port
transfer doesn't save anything, this makes no sense whatsoever. Basically, the
programmer and myself are clueless. Perhaps you have other problems with that
computer that only show their ugly head when running Book Port? Otherwise, all
I can suggest is that you reinstall the latest Book Port Transfer from:

The transfer software will let me que files.but when I go to send it to bp it
tells me its not contacted.when I tried to click on the bp icon it said failed
to save information.
I havetried to reinstall the last version.
And I just put new battries in the bookport as well.
But now iam stuckany help would be appricated
