The transfer software will let me que files.but when I go to send it to bp it tells me its not contacted.when I tried to click on the bp icon it said failed to save information. I havetried to reinstall the last version. And I just put new battries in the bookport as well. But now iam stuckany help would be appricated Bronwyn
