The bookport is no longer in production. Therefore, aph probably doesn't have a lot of the things they had before. And your getting all you need...so, it shouldn't really be a problem, should it? <grins>. although, with that there podcast, you could just say they're out of production and such, go on to tell what you'd usually get, keep in mind, too, that APH is going to introduce the bookport 2, (Kind of like the pac mate omni, if you get what I mean- more features, newer hardware)...? I think, anyway.

Hi.  I just received my BP yesterday, I had had one for years, got read of
it and just got it back.  Here is what the manual says that you should get
with your BP.
Bookport.
To AA batteries.
Compact Flash Card
USB cable
Ear Buds.
Software/books CD.
Tutorial CD.
Tutorial cassette.
Print what it calls quick start guide.
Braille [What it calls] quick start guide.

Here is what I got in my box.
Bookport
Program/books CD
USB cable.
Cassette tutorial.
Compact flash card.
Two AA batteries.
I am missing several items from my box, as you can probably tell. When I am 
done with my Braille+ series of Vid Casts, I need to do some on the
bookport. The first cast was going to be unboxing. However, several of the 
items are missing.  What am I supposed to do?  Also, my old BP came with a
case with a flap, but I didn't get that neat case with this BP. How do I go 
about getting the missing items?
