[bookport] Help with Bookshare

Hi!
Not being a member of bookshare, I'm not very familiar with their files. A
friend tried sending the opf file from a Daisy formatted book from bookshare
to their book port. They tell me the book port transfer said unable to open
navigation points. What does this mean and how do they get around it?
