Usually that error message means that a file has gotten corrupt. You
might try deleting that file, connect to the PC so the file can be
re-sent. If the problem still persists, you should reformat the flash
card.

Hi all,
This morning, when pressed Help on my Bookport, I got the
following
message, repeated over and over ad infinitum - can only stop it by
pulling the
batteries:

Offset error buffer overflow - moving on

Same thing happens if I try to read the Bookport manual file.
Everything else works fine.
  What's going on?
Thanks,
Dan
