Sorry that it took so long to find a download source for Switch, the file converter program.e.

Here is where one can find the program switch.exe, both the free basic version (and that's all that is required for the types of converting we're discussing) as well as an advanced paid version.

Once on this page, do a search for the word

That will place you on the link to download the file.
