Press insert+v to get to JAWS quick settings, arrow to graphics, set graphics to all.

Good luck!

You see mine does not even give a number what can be wrong.. DonnaAt 07:22 PM 8/24/2017, you wrote:
OK I will try.

In a mailbox arrow up and down until you hear one of the unlabeled graphics, it will have a number, you will hear it when you would normally hear the read, sent etc. Turn on the JAWS cursor and move it to that graphic number you heard, and press jaws key-g for graphics labeler. Label it, hit tab, it will say braille, label it there and tab again. There are radio buttons up and down arrow that say application, default and both. Application will probably do, but I choose both, by down arrowing then tab to OK. Hit enter.

You will have to know what the graphics is before you label it. If there are a bunch in your in-box, then they are probably unread. Label it then hit enter on one to open, and you have read. You can then forward it, label, reply, label etc. And find a message with an attachment, and you can get that one too.

Actually the cause most likely is that the graphics need to be labeled.
