I don't use that stuff either. Just get some olive oil on a paper towel. Or
you can get a plastic spray bottle, fill it with olive oil (the cheap stuff; no
need to use the expensive good stuff for this) turn the nozzle to mist, and use
that.

Subject: [blindcooks] air fryers
Hi List,
I have had my 4.5 quart chefman air fryer for a few weeks now.
I have cooked many things in it to date.
Quite often, when I do a search for "air fryer recipes", the directions
will often say;
"spray with nonstick cooking spray."
Non-stick cooking spray comes in aerosol cans which I refuse to buy.
Why is this non stic pollutant so often suggested?
Thanks,
Mont
