I hardly think an automated email to tell someone their service is about to 
be terminated would break the bank.  It's standard operating procedure for 
most companies, free or not.

I don't understand you all.  Service is free so you take it or go somewhere
else.  If you start dictating to the K7 people they will just start charging
for the service.

this happened to me too. Yes I do think that an e-mail a little before your
number is turned off is certainly more than fare?
