Oh Frank, we woke the sleeping bear. We should have never, ever gone into the
middle east for oil, decades back. They were (are) a barbaric area living
under the most inhuman of law, tribal leaders, or dictators. I think, besides
oil, some people honestly felt we would go in kill a few dictators, which we
did, who had been slaughtering in mass ways their people and actually do some
good. The problem was the people who took over were just as bad. So after
decades of our involvement, jihad has firmly taken root. It is gaining
success, especially in Europe. You can be a Jew or a Wiccan in this country.
Under Shira law you can't. They are gaining footholds in Africa too. I really
fear one day we will look up and understand world conflict will not be based on
national interests but on religious dividing the world into Christian, Far
eastern religions, and Muslim. They are preparing for world domination,
through among other things, word terrorism and I fear they will end up
achieving their ends. Of course, I am talking about extremist Muslims, who are
increasing in number as we speak, helped by our interference in their world.

Mary, if so then why do you think there was no “terrorism” prior to us
maintaining a permanent military presence in the Arab world? I have traveled
throughout the middle-east during my railfanning days and have witnessed the
F16’s killing women and children in a street market with their bombing raids.
This has absolutely nothing to do with instilling terror in those that believe
differently than anyone else does. What it has to with is fighting back against
a military occupation that has lasted about as long as I have been alive.

Frank, I hate to repeat it but read my post. Terrorism's intent is to instill
terror into the entire world of people who do not believe the way you do,
terrorizing them into submission, so your group can dominate the world. It is
not a pissed off crazy guy mad at his mother in law and wants to strike out at
her and those she loves.

Bob and all, I was listening to WBZ radio news this morning. They spoke about
New York and what they correctly referred to as a terrorist attack. It killed
11. Then their next segment spoke about Texas and what they called a
"shooting". It killed 25+. The suspect in the former is called a terrorist and
the suspect in the latter is called a "gunman". One has to ask why this is the
case.
Frank the suspect in the latter

Subject: [blind-democracy] Texas Church mass shooting
Hello. Unfortunately, at least 26 people have been killed after a gunman
opened fire at a church during Sunday services, officials say. The attack
happened at the First Baptist Church in Sutherland Springs, a small town in
Wilson County, Texas. The gunman, who is reported to have been killed in the
aftermath, entered the church and opened fire at around 11:30 local time,
(17:30 GMT). Governor Greg Abbott confirmed the death toll and said it was the
worst mass shooting in the history of Texas. "This will be a long, suffering
mourning for those in pain"," he said at a news conference on Sunday. Texas
Department of Public Safety regional director Freeman Martin said the ages of
the victims ranged from 5 to 72. Authorities said at least
20 people were also injured and taken to hospital. Mr Martin described the
suspect as "a young white male in his early 20s, dressed in all black and
wearing a ballistic vest as well as tactical-type gear. He was armed with an
assault-style rifle. He began shooting outside the church before he entered and
opened fire, Mr Martin said." A local citizen "grabbed his rifle and began
shooting" at the suspect, before the gunman fled in a vehicle. The citizen
pursued the suspect, who drove off the road and crashed his car at the
Guadalupe County line. Police found the suspect dead in his car, but it is
unclear if he died from a self-inflicted gunshot wound or from returned fire
from the citizen, Mr Martin added. As usual, the incident is described as a
national tragedy. However, it won't ever be considered an act of terror.
Typically, it won't urge law enforcement commission to desperately hasten for
gun law redressal. The situation has been clearer than ever before. If a Muslim
committed this incident, it would have been instantly described as a denotative
act of terror. It would have surged brunt Islamophobic sentiment across the
States. The rate of hate and despicable bigotry has reached its peak of
extremity. I am genuinely questioning your jural authority, is it sufficiently
judicial? The shooter has been described as a "lone gunman" and Trump called
the incident "a horrible crime". I am now an unfeigned percipient of American
deliberate secernment of murder incidents. It just depends on who is the
criminal. If he happened to be Muslim, he is then a brutal terrorist. But, if
he was a white guy, he is just a lunatic, mentally unbalanced. It seems though,
that you have plenty of demented people in your glorious nation. Otherwise, we
would have not witnessed the repetition of fatal mass shootings in such massive
scale.
This racialist scenario is incessantly iterated. I really don't know what to
say at this point. I just wish no one you know has been anguished or murdered.
Of course, I grieve what happened. This was rather unfortunate.
What concerns me at this point though, is the double standard of filtrating
such incidents, depending on top priority interest. Official assessment of such
incidents is politically motivated, sorry to say. This has been confirmed over
and over again. It essentially depends on who is the crook.
I criminalise such incidents. I call them intolerable acts of terror, despite
who's the murderer. I do not think someone in the States or elsewhere may
disagree with me unless he is politically motivated. The claim of motive
absence makes me laugh to my core. In legal terms, they say, "For each crime,
there is a motive". Some white supremacists however, make a plain distinction
between malefactors, based on faith or race. I am saddened seeing more
innocent souls being carelessly lost because the National Rifle Association
blocks off any bills that are destined to regulate weapon possession. The
situation worsens excessively while the solution is plain and straightforward.
The battle between greed and law enforcement is subjected to vastly intensify.
Congress is dominated with gun boosters. Senator Ted Cruz is just one of them.
I wonder, what will he
probably do subsequent to this grave mass
shooting in his State?
