Hi Shannon,
when this happens it's annoying to everyone. <smile> What you should do to
correct it is first see if quotation marks are being represented with these
too or just apostrophes. If it's just apostrophes this will be easy. Try
selecting one of these characters, copying it to the clipboard, and pasting
it into the find and replace dialogue. Then type a regular apostrophe in the
replace field and hit replace all. You should be in business. Just look
around after you're done with the find/replace to make sure nothing weird
happened, like check to be sure there are no spaces around the apostrophes.
