Hi and thanks for this tip and by the wayy, I am working with jaws 4.5 Jake
reminded me that I forgot to say that. I will try this and I hope it works
because the shift f8 didn't not for me anyway and I'd really wanted to get
these job alerts done today with out having to have someone else do it.

You do hold down the control key, then while holding it down, arrow to the
next item you want to select, then hit the spacebar. then on to the next, and
so on. but you keep holding down the control key until you've selected
everything.

Hi. I am trying to set up e-mail alerts on a few job sites and I can't figure
out how to go through the list boxes and pick multiple items. It says hold down
the control but when I do it on the keyboard, it doesn't seem to pick more than
