Well, it's either hold them in the download list or
the submitter can hold onto them until the validator
is ready for them--but at least if they're on the
download list, people checking the Books in Process
before scanning a particularbook can see that the book
has already been scanned and thus not duplicate the
effort--and maybe people interested in one of those
books can see that it's going to be available and not
request it. smile
