[bksvol-discuss] having trouble getting to the ribbons using jaws 15 and word 2010

Hi. Susan can't get the ribbons to display while [proofing in word 2010
using jaws 15. We have "use virtual ribbons" checked and the window seems
to be maximized. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
