Larry, I don’t know a thing about JAWS as I use Window Eyes; but for what it is worth I hardly ever use the ribbons in Word 2010 but use shortcut keys. Canb she use shortcut keys for what she is attempting to do with ribbons?

Hi. Susan can’t get the ribbons to display while [proofing in word 2010 using jaws 15. We have “use virtual ribbons” checked and the window seems to be maximized. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
