Amber, generally this kind of thing happens because of a corrupt file
header, sometimes cuz u had 2 shut the computer down cuz it locked up
or whatever. I'll check the file header in a hex editor tomorrow &
compare it w/the header of a known good kes file & see if I can come
up w/anything, but I'm tired & that's not the thing to do when you're
fatigued. It takes *a lot* of concentration.

In terms of the checkdisk, follow my instructions--you'll be fine.
It's something u should learn to do--computers need maintenence
sometimes, too.
