I do this, too. Usually the font or size or something
is different enough from the front pages and from
anything in the text of the book itself that it won't
affect the front pages, though when I've finished with
the book I take a look. Once it delete some reference
to the title in the text, which I noticed because I
was reading it, but that was the first time that
happened and it was only one or two occurrences, which
I  put back in.
