Hi Jim,

No, the cap lock is off and I tried it again this morning and still can't get in. Sure seems strange since I've been doing the same thing for a couple years. I wonder who I can contact at bookshare to see if they can figure it out.

Hi gang,
I just tried to upload a book and it said I was using the wrong password. So I tried it a couple more times with the same results. So then I clicked on send me my password and when it came it was the very same one I have been using for the past two years. Any thoughts on what I can do?
