Hi Jim,
That's not it either since I am not a member of bookshare. I just scan books and send them in for which you don't need to be a member. Keep thinking though, there's has to be an answer of some kind along the way, and I'm open to any suggestions.I sent a couple emails off to Peter Shelley and Benetech support so we'll see what happens

Thanks for the suggestion.  I just now did it but unfortunately it
didn't fix it.   I guess I'll just have to wait until bookshare
support answers my email about it.  I wonder how long it takes for
them to answer email?  Do you know of a phone number for such things as
that?
