Who benefits from your stragey? Submitters who do not have their books
approved do not get credit whether we validators upload or not. I am
missing your logic somehow I think. (smile)

He's got to be aware of the books awaiting his approval, and since he can't get to the earlier books because of the engineering set-up, he must feel he'll never catch up. In his position, I'd feel rushed and frustrated. Also, I'm thinking of submitters who aren't getting credit for their books that maybe they could use for their memberships, and for people who asked for and might like to read some of the books that are stalled in the queue. smile
