And as has been said before, those who want the headers stripped can
easily do it for themselves. If you bought the regular print book the
headers would be there so by stripping them we're changing the book
anyway. I think a good many of us validators strip the unwanted
headers as it is and leave page numbers intact.
But all that be3ing said, there are superior programs out there that
carefully strip headers, like the one in K1000, and the obvious answer
that would satisfy everyone is to upgrade the program that bookshare
uses.
