Hi Reggie,
You can see who submitted the book when you go to the download page for that
book. If you've already downloaded the book you can release it, then go to
download it again to see that info. You should try to figure out which scan
is better and accept that one. As for the quote question, if they're being
used as quotes you can just leave them as is.
