There's, of course, much more to my not being able to sleep. I'm sure I can expect to face the consequences of not being able to sleep later on in life. There is a medical cause for which, I refuse to take meds. I think that's probably a worse way to live than dealing with it later in life. They are predicting that 20 years from now, we'll look at depriving ourselves of sleep like smoking in terms of how harmful it is to our bodies and to others when it causes us to make errors due to lack of concentration.
