As I've gotten older I find I need more and more. As a
student I was o.k. with 6; with the children growing
up and even after that, when working, 7 was just fine.
Now I find I need 9, though no necessarily all a once.
Nighttime plus a nap later does me o.k.

Both my father and mother-in-law slept a lot in their
80's and 90's and both lived to be 96. Did anyone see
the woman bowler who is 97? It wold be wonderful to
live that long if one stayed mentally fit and didn't
have too much wrong physically.
