Hi all, If you're using word, select the chapter title in the normal way, then do a ctrl-alt-1 That will give the chapter a number 1 style heading. If there are sections underneath the chapter, go to ctrl-alt-2 and so on. Very simple. Just remember to select the chapter title only. You can, if using Jaws or Window-eyes check font and style with the keystroke for that purpose. In Jaws it's insert-f can't remember how to do it in WE. Ann P.
