Hi Jim,

There are indeed two submissions of this text -- thanks for pointing out
the duplication.

In such cases, any volunteer who feels inspired to do so, can download both
versions and check them against each other to determine which is the higher
quality scan. They can then reject the other and start validation on the
better quality one.
