It is how I was told to do things; I thought I read it somewhere, but if it was Italicized, I leave it that way, like Mayrie.

I was instructed to bold the chapter headings, as well as enlarging them. If they are naturally italicized, I leave them that way, and bold the italics. Does that make sense?
