Hi, Courtney, I'll try this and thanks for the help. It's very nice to meet you. Regards, Kim. -----Original Message----- From: bksvol-discuss-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:bksvol-discuss-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of Courtney Stover Sent: Wednesday, February 24, 2010 8:37 PM To: bksvol-discuss@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: [bksvol-discuss] Re: Blocks of text how-to Kim, As far as I remember, you're a Jaws user. If I am wrong, please ignore. Get your cursor to the beginning of the text you want to select. When you hear the beginning phrase of the text, use the shift key+the down arrow. It'll say something like "Whatever the line of text is, selected." Keep doing that until you've selected all the text you need too. Then, hit control+C to copy the text in to the clipboard. Once you've opened a new document, hit Control+V to paste the copied text in, save the new document, and send it on. If you need more help, please feel free to E-mail me offlist at liamskitten@xxxxxxxxxx Courtney On 2/24/10, Chela Robles <cdrobles693@xxxxxxxxx> wrote: > Kim the only way I know how to do this is to select the text you want > and paste into a new document, rename it whatever you want like a page > number or several page numbers like pages 330-233 and so forth and so > on, hope you know how to already select text with JFW, if not, then > I'll be glad to assist.
