Kim,

As far as I remember, you're a Jaws user.  If I am wrong, please ignore.

Get your cursor to the beginning of the text you want to select.  When you
hear the beginning phrase of the text, use the shift key+the down arrow.
It'll say something like "Whatever the line of text is, selected."  Keep
doing that until you've selected all the text you need too.  Then, hit
control+C to copy the text in to the clipboard.
Once you've opened a new document, hit Control+V to paste the copied text
in, save the new document, and send it on.
