The highlights of this update are
*A Swallow-tailed Kite was observed by Steve Anderson in the Peabody
WMA, Sinclair unit , The bird was seen from S5 road about half way
between S1 and the end of S5. This is a permit required area which can
be obtained at local food marts in Central City and Beaver Dam.
