This update is current as of June 20, 2003 at 11:00 PM EDT. The highlights of this update are: A Lawrence's Warbler was seen in the Fishtrap Lake WMA in Pike Co. It was singing the Blue-winged Warbler's song. An alternate plumage American Golden Plover was seen the Open pond area. Black-necked Stilt, Least tern, and Semipalmated sandpipers were also seen here. Least tern were also found at Lake 9. Lake Barkley turned up 5 Caspian Terns. A first year Franklin's Gull was found in the Paradise Ash Basin, as was 40 Dbl-crested Cormorants. Thanks for calling the Kentucky Bird Line. You may leave a report after the tone.
