EDT.  The highlights of this update are:
As of Saturday the 11th the LONG-TAILED JAEGER was still being seen
above the Kentucky dam. It has spent much of the time well out in the
lake and may take sometime to locate. It is an intermediate juvenile
that appears black at a distance.
Other notables would include a REDDISH EGRET juvenile located on island
#1 on the Mississippi river in Carlisle County on the 11th. And a
PLEGADIS IBIS juvenile seen on willow pond. It was thought to likely be
Other birds on interest were 24 BOBOLINKS, as well a single SORA, and a
CONNECTICUT WARBLER all in Jefferson County. A female ROSE-BREASTED
GROSBEAK at a backyard feeder in Campbell County. And 4 MISSISSIPPI
KITE, and 3 SANDERLINGS seen in Laketon.
