We birded in Hart County yesterday, 12/18. We tallied 63 species, which is
great for our "dry" county (in more ways than one!). Highlights included a
spotted towhee (a well-documented bird which was here last winter), 2 woodcock
displaying at last light, 6 brilliant fox sparrows (some singing) showing off
at 10 - 15 feet in a small tree, and 194 bluebirds.
