[AZ-Observing] What Would You Have Shot?

Hi All-
Last Sunday I was invited by a U of AZ programmer to join him at the 90"
on Kitt Peak. After another engineer called in sick, Dave offered me the
scope to shoot an object or two. Given a 2.3 meter scope at F/9 and a FOV
of about 4 arcminutes and no autoguider, what would you choose to shoot?
