Jeff, between yesterday's events here in the Valley of the Sun, I did not a
thin cloud layer building up and hoped it wouldn't harm any observing.
Sounds like my hopes were rewarded with a fun time observing - at both
sites.

Clearer skies to all,
aj

Stan's star party was a great success. While there were clouds in the
before dark sky they seemed to mostly dissipated as duck fell.

Stan's new 16" LX200 was working well. He had built a special
platform around it it so it looked very professional.

The eats were good and I think everyone had a good time.

Jeff
