While there might be a Department of Infrastructure in Vic and other =
States,
I don't believe there is one either federally or as part of the ACT
Government.
As well, given that you are writing stuff for the ANU my personal view =
is
that using DOI (of course, only if ANU type people know who and what you =
are
talking about) is safe.

Other than that, I agree with Michael's suggestions (as in his first =
post)

On reflection, I reckon that you'd be far better to spell out the term =
and=20
avoid using the abbreviation of DOI at all, because in governmental =
circles=20
(and in common use) that one is readily confused with the Department Of=20
Infrastructure.

IMNSHO, continuing to use DOI in any other context in this country would =

just cause confusion.
