>I restarted the PC and deleted all the word temp files in the folder and = >it still won't save when I make a change. I've seen this kind of thing happen with Word docs. There's some kind of corruption in the file (and sometimes you get to a certain page before it manifests itself). One solution (that sometimes works) is to save it as an .RTF file which retains the formatting while losing the bug. It doesn't always work, but give it a go. _________________________________________________________ Stuart Lecky, Project Manager __________________________ HCi Better communications Better Management (61-2) 9232 6669 (ph) http://www.hci.com.au (61-2) 9232 1002 (fax) GPO Box 4846 Sydney 2001 Australia ************************************************** To post a message to austechwriter, send the message to austechwriter@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx To subscribe to austechwriter, send a message to austechwriter-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx with "subscribe" in the Subject field.
