Nope - no dialog boxes.
I restarted the PC and deleted all the word temp files in the folder and =
it still won't save when I make a change.
File is 2326KB and majority of the images are linked to rather than =
inserted. I have bigger files that work properly so I don't think that =
is the issue.

There wasn't a dialog box sitting around behind some windows that needed
to be dealt with first, was there? They can sometimes be difficult to
detect because they don't show up in the taskbar or when you press
Alt-Tab - try minimising each window, one at a time, and see if there's
a dialog lurking.

Sorry about that people I have no idea what weird and wonderful things =

my mail is doing.
I have a document that just won't save in Word. No error message or =
=3D3D
anything - just click on Save or Save As and nothing happens.
As a last resort I have moved the content into a new document and I can
=3D3D
save that, but there is some reformatting to be done, image alignment =
=3D3D
and numbered lists etc.
Was wondering if anyone had come across this before and had any ideas?

It just seems to be that one document.
