Thanks. I’ll try selecting the head phones. That was actually the first thing I 
tried a couple of days ago but I may have done something wrong. I really think, 
though, that you might be right about my computer not having a microphone and, 
sadly, I’m not sure the one on my head set is working. I’m using the new Mac 
Mini.
