Hi Gianluca,
Did you first download and install Audacity 1.3.0 then install the single
1.3.1 audacity.exe file over the 1.3.0 audacity.exe file? Instructions at
http://users.northlc.com/sberry/download.htm
These instructions are only valid for windows users, for Linux and other
operating systems, I have no idea since I only use Windows for Audacity.
