Congratulations. As mentioned earlier, sorting out multiple sound cards can be confusing at first.


You mentioned in a previous post that it just showed microphone for the USB audio CODEC. Regardless of how many channels the mixer has, the system will just report it as microphone. As you have discovered by now, that does not stop you from recording from any channel on the mixer.

As I understand it, you have line-in for the built-in Realtech soundcard, but whatever device you are discussing, it doesn't show that option.
